As you can probably guess from the name of this company, Wowgreen International, LLC is an MLM company that is green focused. Going green seems to be the new thing in town. The company makes cleaning products. Their products are Enzyme based. Enzymes are found in the body and their job is to break down complex compounds. The Enzyme based products will clean without leaving toxic residue on the surface. They have a goal of freeing every household from toxic materials. The other cleaning products in the market tend to be toxic according to them.
The leadership of this company includes Allie T. Mallad, Rick Birndorf, Dave Deal, and Owen Stern. The leadership of MLM Company, especially the start up MLM companies is one of the factors that we review when we are taking a look at the company. From what we know so far, these are all well and able gentlemen. They have combined many years of business and entrepreneurship experience. Their experience includes Network marketing (As a rep), business start-up, Finance etc I think you would be in good hand if you decide to join these men. But keep this in mind; they are Business men who will make business decisions.
In terms of their compensation plan, you can make money in five different ways. The first way is to make the difference between the retail price and the wholesale price. Usually this is about 20% commission. You can also get paid a bonus when you enrolled a distributor and when they make their first order. This is called the FIRST ORDER ENROLLER BONUS. Other ways that you can get paid the company includes; Binary Bonus, Executive matching bonuses on green starter packs and Awards, Incentives and accolades (like car allowance and trips).
Wowgreen trains their distributors to mainly build their MLM business using the old school techniques. I am not knocking on the old school methods. But you should understand the fact that 97% of MLM professionals out there are not successful using these techniques. You need to leverage the internet. They actually acknowledged this in their policy documents. This is a start because many other MLM companies are not acknowledging the internet revolution in terms of building the MLM business.
One major point that you need to get is that people will do business with you only if they see you as a leader. This is the same for both online and offline method of building you Wowgreen business. How many lives are you influencing everyday in a positive way? For you to build a huge organization and make lot of money in MLM industry you need to be a leader and very influential, this is bottom life and you need to understand that concept. Otherwise, you will be wasting your money by joining any MLM company.
